Australia’s longest running mining show, Asia-Pacific’s International Mining Exhibition—AIMEX—will move to Adelaide from 23–25 September and becomes the host city for the next decade.

The 3 day, internationally recognised event is massive. Alongside the biggest companies and experts in the resources industry, AIMEX2025 will showcase the latest mining technology, equipment and services, host the Australian Mining Prospect Awards, and offer a unique opportunity for leading suppliers and buyers to conduct face-to-face business, learn about the latest trends and network in an interactive forum.

Copper is the metal of the moment and on Day 2, AMEX2025 spotlights how it’s driving the global economy and putting South Australia at the centre of the mining conversation with a high impact panel called Copper’s Critical Role: Powering a Decarbonised Future. The interactive session will be led by Lee Levkowitz, Head of Energy, Carbon and Technology Analysis at BHP, Maulesh Varma, Senior Manager of Mining and Resources at Hitachi Australia, Jonathon Trewartha, Chief Executive Officer of Lincoln Minerals, and John Fennell, Chief Executive Officer of the International Copper Association.
